SST had created a facility of Community Hall (A/c) for the benefit of residents of the area at an affordable rent. It has a seating capacity of 220 persons and suitable for a floating population of 300+ persons. A separate Dining hall (A/c) is also available with a capacity of 70 persons at one serving. Separate car, two-wheeler parking facility and lift facility are also available.
